Boston had his appointment with the lung yesterday - we are staying on the oxygen for awhile....his stats dropped when they took his oxygen off of him. I suppose that is not surprising to me really, we expected to be on the oxygen for awhile. They are also switching him from Zantac to prevacid for his reflux. He has been spitting up quite a bit of his feeds due to reflux.
He was however 5 pounds 14 ounces today and 19 1/2 inches long so he was very happy with that! Dr. Chowdery is anxious to hear what the heart doc says on Monday about the pulmonary hypertension - hopefully that is down and he is also curious about the Cystic Fibrosis test results next week.
He was a very nice doctor, he actually has a niece with Rett Syndrome that is 14 and lives in Cleveland! Small world!

  4. So sorry that you are waiting for more test results!!! Praying that they come back negative. So happy to hear about his weight gain. (Finn had trouble with reflux to, up until just a few months ago. We finally switched to Axid - it comes in liquid form and was easier for him to take then trying to dissolve the tablets!!!). XX
