We got the official ok from the doctors to start tummy time with Boston. I have to admit he is not crazy about it but he is getting stronger! His early intervention starts this week. He will be seeing both an OT and PT - both of whom worked with Brooklyn and we loved! It will be nice to not be "starting over" with new people!Such big beautiful blue eyes!!!
He has also started sleeping in his crib at night.....such a big boy!
Don't you just want to reach through this screen and kiss him!!!
As far as health updates go, we received the results of the monitor download and he dropped his stats to the 60's a few times and once to the 40's for 17 seconds.....which of course is not great to hear. We already knew the oxygen was staying on for at least three more months and figured the monitor would too, this news did confirm that for us.
Tomorrow we see the genetic specialist. I am sure Dr. Bader will have fun with our fascinating family: Charlie with Bechet's Syndrome, Brooklyn with Rett Syndrome and now Boston with Down Syndrome. She might never let us leave her office tomorrow; we are just too interesting ;)
